Masaharu Hagiri

Mr. Hagiri graduated from Nihon University and received a Bachelor of Law degree and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree. He worked for PIONEER CORPORATION from 1980 to 1988 and gained wide experience in patents, utility models, design and trademark matters. He founded HAGIRI AND ASSOCIATES in 1988.
He also gives lectures on intellectual property on request from various companies and has recently delivered a lecture on partial designs to the design examiners of DIP (Department of Intellectual Property) of Thailand.
Mr. Hagiri specializes in the field of machinery and is a member of APAA
(Asian Patent Attorneys Association).
He was qualified to act in specific infringement litigation ('Fuki Benrishi') in 2006.

Sasagawa

Taku Sasagawa graduated from Nihon University and received the Bachelor of Law degree in 1999. He graduated from Tokyo University of Science and received a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree in 2005. He was admitted to practice in 2000 and joined HAGIRI AND ASSOCIATES the same year. He specializes in the field of electrics.
He was qualified to act in specific infringement litigation ('Fuki Benrishi') in 2006.

Tomoaki Ono graduated from Nihon University and received a Bachelor of Law degree in 2000.
